The Lyceum Group

Workflow automation for professional firms

We automate the work that consumes your team's time.

The Lyceum Group builds automation for firms that run on documents, deadlines and repeat process. Your people are freed to focus on core revenue generating activities.

Why we exist

Most of your week is clerical work wearing a professional's clothes.

Re-keying the same firm details. Chasing the same documents. Formatting the same package. Reading forty pages to learn you never qualified.

None of that is professional judgment. It is repeatable workflow, and repeatable workflow is exactly what we automate.

We map how the work moves through your firm, automate the parts that repeat, and leave decisions with the people who are licensed to make them.

Services

One flagship product. A workflow practice behind it.

We started with the hardest paperwork in transportation engineering. The same approach works anywhere a firm loses hours to process.

01 · FLAGSHIP

RFP automation for traffic and transportation engineers

Send us a TxDOT or MPO solicitation. We tell you whether you qualify before you spend a week on it, then assemble the proposal package for your project manager to review.

Talk to us about RFPs →
  • Go / no-go against your precertification categories, every gap named by code
  • Certifications evaluated as of the submittal date, not today
  • Draft built from your approved library, with narrative written only where needed
  • Every decision traceable to a rule you can read
02

Intake & document workflows

Requests, forms and attachments routed, classified and filed automatically, with nothing lost in an inbox.

03

Client onboarding & follow-up

Welcome sequences, checklists, reminders and status updates that run themselves and keep clients informed.

Reporting & back-office

Recurring reports, invoicing prep and data hand-offs between the tools you already use.

Process

Three steps from “we lose hours to this” to done.

Map the workflow

We sit with your team, follow one piece of work from beginning to end, and mark every step that repeats.

Automate the repeat

We build the automation on rules you can read, and connect it to the tools you already use.

Hand back the hours

Your team reviews and decides. The clerical work is already done, and we keep it running.

How we work

Automation you can audit.

In regulated, high-stakes work, a confident wrong answer costs more than a slow right one.

Rules, not guesses

Eligibility and compliance decisions are deterministic. The same input always gives the same answer.

Your library first

We reuse your own approved language and generate new text only where the work truly requires it.

Humans sign off

Everything we produce is a draft for a qualified person to review. Nothing goes out unseen.

FAQ

Questions firms ask first.

Is the RFP product only for Texas firms?

Today it is built around TxDOT and Texas MPO pursuits, using TxDOT precertification categories as the matching taxonomy. Other states are a conversation, not a promise.

Does AI decide whether we qualify?

No. The go / no-go decision is a deterministic check against your categories and certifications. AI is used, if at all, only in drafting narrative that a person then reviews.

What do you need from us to start?

For RFPs, your precertification categories, certifications and a library of past proposal content. For other workflows, a walkthrough of how the work moves today.

We aren't in engineering. Can you still help?

Yes. We work with real estate, medical and finance firms on intake, onboarding, document collection and reporting. If your team repeats it weekly, it is a candidate.

How is it priced?

RFP automation has plans starting at $0 for evaluating solicitations, with paid tiers for drafting. Custom workflow projects are scoped after a review. Ask us.

Where do I log in?

Clients sign in through our portal on Assembly. We never ask for portal credentials on any other page.

Give your team its time back.

Tell us where the hours go. We will tell you honestly how we can automate it.
